Stowers Furniture Co. vs. American Indemnity Co., No. 110,139 (11th Dist. Ct., Harris Co., Tex.), on March 27, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. at the Harris County Civil Courthouse in Houston, TX. The Stowers case, tried and appealed in 1930, remains a cornerstone of Texas insurance law.
