This session will educate participants as to the legal and business implications of both the CAN SPAM Act and the TCPA in the marketplace. A legal expert will discuss the purposes and key provisions of each Act; their impact on similar state laws dealing with unsolicited commercial emails, commercial text messaging and unsolicited facsimiles; and the courts’ responses.
